1. Online Store's Order Cancellation and Refunds policy

1.1 Cancellation requests are only accepted from the person who bought the item.

1.1 We will refund customers if they've requested to cancel their order no later than within 14 days of receiving their goods. Order will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

1.2 Gift Vouchers may only be refunded if unused.

2. Appointments Cancellation and Deposit Refunds policy

2.1 Cancellation requests are only accepted from the person who booked the appoointment.

2.2 If you can't get on time/date of your appointment, please make sure you inform us by all means - email and phone, and if there are no response - also by SMS, no later that 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will make your deposit fee a non-refundable.
